The School Year 2009/10
This was a very challenging year because we ended up growing faster than we could handle. We had 9 full time members and decided to created two RU teams; a CHS team and a College Team. Within two months of support raising, learning choreo, and teaching choreo our leaders were burnt out and were financially unhealthy. Therefore, all leaders went home to raise support while Jacee Phelps stayed to continue leading the other teams. It was a huge learning time for everyone, but after a semester of training, the college team toured more then we ever had before; to BC in January, Oregon in March and we did a 2 month camp tour in the summer across Alberta to Ontario. From this hard lesson Legacy One arose from the ashes and started preparing their ministry in Calgary in April 2010 and has become a huge success traveling across Canada giving hope where ever they dance.
