Hip hop dance lessons taught by Refined/Undignified leaders!
Raising young dancers of the King
RU Kids is a opportunity for young people to be able to experience a taste of what it looks like to be a part of the dance ministry team Refined/Undignified. They will meet weekly on Mondays to train in dance, have devotionals, and pray together. It will run from September to April with a month off over Christmas break. They will perform twice throughout the year and have a safe environment to grow in their relationship with God and learn to use the gifts He has given them.
We desire to raise up young dancers for our King in our community and teaching them how to move their bodies in a God-honouring way. These lessons will have a variety of dance styles mainly in the hip hop genre.
These lessons will take place in the RU Dance Studio located underneath the cafeteria in the Whittaker Building, in Caronport, SK.
First semester classes will begin Monday September 25th and will be held through December 4th
(dates exclude October 9th-Thanksgiving Weekend).
Second semester classes will begin Monday, January 15th and will be held through March 25th
(dates exclude February 19th-Family Day).
The cost for one semester of classes will be $200 per child
Class times will be on Mondays as follows:
Grades 1/2 - 3:45-4:45pm
Grades 3/4 - 4:45-5:45pm
Grades 5/6 - 6:15-7:15pm
Grades 7/8 - 7:00-8:00pm
Days and times are subject to change depending on the amount of interest or other unforeseen issues.
Classes are limited to 15 kids per class.
